Don’t go hungry on your tour. We are proud to offer healthy, freshly prepared, made to order lunches for your day of adventure. Our to-go quinoa bowl lunches are gluten-free and vegetarian but can have chicken added to any bowl for the adventurer that needs a bit more to fuel their day. Order ahead and let us worry about what to eat while on your vacation.
Choose one of our quinoa bowls listed below to have on your big day of adventure. Ice Climbing and Advance Trek trips will have time to sit down and enjoy lunch while out on the ice. If you are doing a trek, there isn’t allotted time to have lunch on the ice. You may still order a lunch and pick it up before or after your trek and enjoy it while looking out over the glacier on our property.

- Lunches must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- We do have some extra pre-packed lunches for sale at the espresso stand but are on a first come first serve bases.
- Lunches for our guests are planned days in advance. As such we cannot accommodate cancellations within 48 hours.
- We do not do any substitutions for our lunches.

Quinoa, fresh kale from the garden (when in season), black beans, sweet corn, roasted sweet potato, red onion, green onion, and cherry tomatoes. Cilantro and lime wedge on the side. **Add Grilled Chicken for $2
Dressing *GF
Cilantro Lime: Yogurt based dressing with mayo, cilantro, jalapeño, lime and spices to give a mild spice with a fresh taste.
Mandy’s Homemade Salsa: Mandy’s famous salsa with tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, garlic, lime, and spices.
Super Food Salad *GF
Fresh kale from the garden (when in season), shredded carrots, edamame beans, blueberries, dried cranberries, red onion, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds in a sweet vinegar dressing.

Homemade Ranch: Classic buttermilk ranch dressing without the additives but all the flavor.

Fresh kale from the garden (when in season), shredded carrots, edamame beans, blueberries, dried cranberries, red onion, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds in a sweet vinegar dressing.
